    Nordisk InnovationsCenter (NICe) sin årsrapport for 2008 tar for seg de viktigste teamene og begivenhetene fra året som har gått. Gjennomgående tema for hele rapporten er utfordringene og mulighetene knyttet til globaliseringen. Derfor har årets årsrapport blitt viet tittelen ”Norden i verden”.
