Företag med en blandad medarbetarsammansättning är nästan dubbelt så innovativa som andra företag.		19.09.2007 Women Entrepreneurship - A Nordic perspective This paper is building on the lessons learned at a Nordic workshop where the objectives were to promote female entrepreneurship, to identify obstacles that prevent women business to grow, to learn from other countries initiatives and their best practices.

Nordic Leadership Development (NLD) How can the Nordic region stay competitive in the future? The Knowledge Society and the global economy represent a historic challenge and opportunity for the Nordic countries. However we are not sufficiently conscious of the strenghts and weaknesses of the so called Nordic Leadership Model. The notion of the Nordic Leadership Model seems familiar but the question remains: What does the model contain and is the notion of “Nordic” worth counting on as something unique when we approach the challenges of the global economy and the knowledge society?
